Shipping policy

All products purchased from My Little Bookworms are digital downloads only. No physical items will be shipped to your address.

The delivery process is instant and automated:

Confirmation Email: Immediately after your payment is successfully processed, an order confirmation email will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.
Access Link: This email will contain a secure, unique download link for each digital file you purchased.
Instant Access: Clicking the link will allow you to download the PDF or ZIP file directly to your computer or device.

Delivery is considered instant and occurs as soon as payment is confirmed, regardless of the time of day, weekend, or public holiday.

If you do not receive your confirmation email within 15 minutes of purchase, please check your spam or junk folder.

Link Status: Your unique download link does not expire once issued.Access remains available until the maximum download limit is reached.
Download Limit: For security and resource management, the link is restricted to a maximum of 1000 download attempts per purchase.
Responsibility: You are responsible for downloading and securely saving the files to your personal device immediately upon receipt. We recommend saving a backup copy to cloud storage after the first download.
Troubleshooting: If you experience genuine technical issues preventing you from accessing your file within the download limit, please contact us.

Since all products are digital, there are no shipping fees or associated costs.

If you have waited more than one hour and cannot locate your order confirmation email, or if you encounter a broken link:

Contact Us: Please contact our support team at info.mylittlebookworms@gmail.com with your Order Number (if known) and the full name used for the purchase.
Resolution: We will investigate your purchase and manually issue a new, replacement download link within 7 business days during standard Australian business hours.
