Refund policy

1. Digital Products – General Policy

All products sold by My Little Bookworms are digital downloads. Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once a download link has been issued or the file has been accessed, except where required under Australian Consumer Law.

Download links are limited to a maximum of 1000 downloads per purchase. Once the download limit has been reached, the link will expire. If you experience genuine technical issues accessing your files within this limit, please contact us for assistance.

Please ensure you review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. By completing your purchase, you accept responsibility for downloading, saving, and managing your files.


2. Refunds for Faults or Major Failures (Australian Consumer Law)

In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law (ACL), you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a digital product has a major failure.

A major failure may occur if the product:

  • Is significantly different from the description provided

  • Is faulty or corrupted and cannot be opened or used after re-downloading

  • Does not function as intended and cannot be reasonably fixed


3. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds or exchanges are not provided in the following circumstances:

  • Change of mind, accidental purchase, or purchasing the wrong product

  • Lack of suitable software required to open the file (e.g., PDF reader)

  • Printing issues related to personal printer settings or quality

  • Discounted or sale items, including products purchased using a discount code, unless required under Australian Consumer Law for a major failure. 


4. Fault Reporting & Resolution Process

If you believe a product has a major failure:

  2. Provide Details
    Include your order number, the product name, and a clear description of the issue (screenshots are helpful).

  3. Troubleshooting or Replacement
    We may attempt to resolve the issue or provide a corrected file before issuing a refund.

  4. Refund Processing

    If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, but typically take 5–10 business days to appear.
